Ryan and I first started out this journey with an investor who had agreed to provide financial support for Tri-Coasta. Recently we disagreed on a variety of big issues, one of which involved sponsorships. She felt that we should stop sponsoring fighters, because MMA was limiting our growth in regards to becoming a mainstream label. I was adamantly against this, because we owed our initial growth spurt to MMA fans! People found out about us because Joe Lauzon and Noah Thomas were out there telling everyone about us! She wanted us to sell to every online store out there at cheaper prices, but what about MMAWarehouse.com who put us on the map?! So the MMA community bought the food, the fighters prepared the meal and set the table...but they can't eat with us?
Nah, we can't have that can we. So consider us independent as of today, we are free from our setbacks and are ready to push forward!
